Terms of Service Effective Date: September 5, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the 360AIFS website, software, subscriptions, and related services provided by 360 Solutions, Inc. By purchasing, accessing, installing, or using 360AIFS, you agree to these Terms. 1. Service Description 360AIFS is financial reporting software designed to assist users with organizing accounting data and generating financial reporting outputs. Features may include company setup, chart of accounts mapping, trial balance processing, validation, preview, publication controls, and financial report generation. 2. Eligibility and Business Use 360AIFS is intended for business and professional use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to upload, process, and use any accounting, financial, business, or customer information entered into the software. 3. Subscriptions and Billing 360AIFS is offered through paid subscription plans. Current plans may include Starter, Professional, and Business tiers, each with different company limits and features. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan and billing period selected at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until the subscription is canceled. 4. Company Limits Company limits are determined by the subscription plan selected. Starter plans may support up to 5 companies. Professional plans may support up to 25 companies. Business plans may support unlimited companies. 360 Solutions, Inc. may enforce company limits through licensing, account controls, or other technical measures. 5. License and Permitted Use Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, 360 Solutions, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 360AIFS for your internal business purposes. You may not: Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the software without written authorization Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law Circumvent licensing, subscription limits, or security controls Use the software for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes Copy or reproduce the software except as reasonably necessary for authorized use or backup 6. Customer Data You retain ownership of your accounting, financial, and business data. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you provide to 360AIFS. 360 Solutions, Inc. does not guarantee that inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly classified source data will produce correct financial reports. 7. Financial Reporting Responsibility 360AIFS is a software tool and does not replace professional accounting judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all generated reports, mappings, classifications, calculations, and disclosures before relying on or distributing them. You remain responsible for determining whether financial reports comply with applicable accounting standards, laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and professional requirements. 360AIFS does not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. 8. Availability and Updates We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of 360AIFS from time to time. We may also release software updates, security improvements, bug fixes, or compatibility changes. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. 9. Support Support may be provided according to the subscription plan purchased. Support may include assistance with licensing, setup, subscription questions, and general product use. Support does not include professional accounting, tax, legal, audit, or financial advisory services unless separately agreed in writing. 10. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options made available through the applicable billing or customer portal. Cancellation generally prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid. Intellectual Property 360AIFS, including its software, branding, interface, documentation, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to 360 Solutions, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of 360AIFS or any related intellectual property to you. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties To the extent permitted by law, 360AIFS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 360 Solutions, Inc. does not guarantee that the software will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects, or that generated reports will meet every user’s specific accounting, regulatory, audit, tax, or business requirements. 13. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, 360 Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of 360AIFS. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on financial reports generated by the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable 360AIFS subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law. 14. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to 360AIFS if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the software, attempt to bypass licensing controls, or use the service unlawfully. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of 360AIFS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 360 Solutions, Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 17.
